Liam Dempsey

Liam loves communication design. Working his way into design through a position in marketing, Liam really enjoys the interplay between the meaning of the words and how they appear on the page. Content matters as much to Liam as appearance.
With years of print and web experience, Liam has been spearheading lbdesign as a creative entity since 2001. Starting in Chicago in 2001, Liam moved to the UK in 2002 because he ‘wanted to live in Europe’ and he speaks only English. (Well, he speaks some Spanish, but not enough to pay the bills.)
As the director of lbdesign, Liam works closely with all of our clients in both the UK and the US.
When not working, Liam gets out to see his beloved Arsenal play the beautiful game (mostly on the telly these days as he is based in Philadelphia), and he also loves travelling to new football (soccer) grounds, reading history or historical fiction and listening to music. Please don’t ask him to name his favourite bands as with the onset of internet radio, he stopped paying attention to those details.
